Following receipt of your order our aim is supply your goods direct to your door within two working days

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase of Sciiona, however, if something is not right please email us via the link on our contact page within 7 working days of the date of purchase.  Please provide your order number on the ‘Subject’ line. Please note, Sciiona is a food product so we are unable to accept items that have been opened unless there is a quality issue.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at hello@sciiona.com using the email address associated with your order. We will email you three days before charging your card each period. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time until 5pm the day before your renewal date.

In the event you cancel your Subscription, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about Sciiona unless you opt out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.
