We’ve created a simple hummus recipe that you can Sciiona to and it won’t change the taste! Follow the steps below to learn how to make our pink hummus.

How to Make Pink Hummus

Ingredients:

1 large beetroot

1 can chickpeas

2 tablespoons Tahini

2-3 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon lemon zest

3 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt & pepper to taste

1-2 teaspoons Sciiona

Method:

Peel and dice your beetroot into 1cm cubes. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Toss to coat and place in a 200°C preheated oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes until tender and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Drain your chickpeas and place all the ingredients into a food processor. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy. Add 1-2 teaspoons of Sciiona and stir until thoroughly mixed through. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.

To make a more traditional hummus, use the ingredients above (excluding the beetroot) and follow the same method to make a creamy and delicious hummus.

Perfect with pita bread, veggie sticks, or even bread sticks – hummus is the perfect snack made even more healthy with the addition of Sciiona.
